📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order if:

📸 You provide a photo or video of the issue as proof
📦 The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging
🔄 Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the above conditions

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for defective/damaged/incorrect items.
  • For non-defective items (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📦 Damaged Products

  • If your package arrives badly damaged, we offer a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
  • If your package arrives partially damaged (e.g., minor scratches, small defects), we may offer a partial refund or replacement.
  • For fragile items, we recommend requesting a refund in case of severe damage.
  • CJ cannot offer refunds for damaged packaging boxes due to international shipping handling.
  • You must report damage or open a dispute within 30 days of delivery.

🔁 Replacements & Resends
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement at no cost, provided:

⏰ You contact us within 7 days of delivery
📸 You provide valid proof of the issue (photos or video)


💰 Refunds
A refund will be issued only if:

❌ A replacement cannot be provided
📦 The product is out of stock
✅ The issue meets our return criteria above

💳 Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
